Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with aInspired. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for each type of purchase. See our Pricing page for current plan details.
Subscriptions (Basic and Pro)
- Cancel anytime — you can cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing us. No questions asked.
- Access continues — after canceling, you keep full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
- No prorated refunds — we do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
- Annual subscriptions — if you cancel an annual plan within the first 14 days and have not used the service extensively, you may request a full refund by contacting us.
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) — Lifetime Purchase
- 14-day refund window — you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the BYOK features (configured API keys and made API requests through the App).
- After 14 days — BYOK purchases are non-refundable after the 14-day window, as this is a lifetime license.
Free Tier
The free tier has no cost, so there is nothing to refund. If you signed up for a paid plan with a free trial period, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
How to Request a Refund
You have two options:
- Stripe Customer Portal — sign in at ainspired.app/app and go to your billing settings to manage your subscription or request a refund.
- Email us — send a request to support@ainspired.app with the email address associated with your account and a brief reason.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe when the refund is processed.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund request if we detect abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeated purchases and refund requests to access paid features without payment). We reserve the right to evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.
